Welcome to our website. In the following pages we would like to inform you about how we handle your data in compliance with Article 13 of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

To improve the quality of our website we store specific access data for statistical purposes. This data record consists of

Date Security
We take technical and organisational measures to provide comprehensive protection of your data from unwished access. On our website we use an encryption process. Your details are transferred to and from our server via internet using TLS 1.2 encryption. You can recognise this from the locked padlock icon in the status bar of your browser as well as from the internet address beginning with https://.
Data transfer to third parties
As part of our order processing we transfer your data in compliance with Art. 28 GDPR to service providers who support us in the operation of our website and the processes thereby involved. Our service providers are subject to strict instructional and contractual obligations imposed by us. Our service providers include the following: hosting services, web analysis services, cookies.
On our website we use only session-cookies. Processing is in compliance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S.1 lit. f of the GDPR and in the interests of optimising user guidance or to allow the adaptation of our website presentation.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Your data will only be used for the purpose of replying to your enquiry and will be deleted when no longer needed and provided their retention is not required by law.

Your rights as a user

4. Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR):
In certain cases, which are specified in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format as well as the right to transmit those data to a third party.
5. Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR):
If data are collected based on Art. 6 (1) sentence 1, lit. f (data processing for the purposes of legitimate interests) you have the right to object to the processing, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time. We will then no longer process the personal data unless we are able to provide evidence of compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, enforce, or defend against legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
Pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you are of the opinion that the processing of the personal data concerning you breaches the data protection regulations. In particular, the right to lodge a complaint can be exercised with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement.
