Temperature-controlled transport.
GLOMB transports temperature-sensitive goods reliably and safely. Our experience in refrigerated and frozen logistics covers food, pharmaceuticals and high-value technical goods. All transports are carried out using specially equipped chassis and tractor units that ensure stable maintenance of the specified temperature ranges.
For power supply, we use container chassis with diesel-powered gensets as well as the first electrically powered systems in pilot operation. In addition, tractor units with TRS systems are available, which supply refrigerated containers directly via the truck’s power supply. We transport 20-, 40- and 45-foot reefer containers and, where necessary, collaborate with partners for temporary storage and stationary supply.
Safety and quality are our top priorities. The settings of the refrigeration units are checked upon handover and monitored regularly during the journey. Our drivers are specially trained for temperature-controlled transport. All genset and TRS systems are maintained in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications, ensuring that sensitive goods remain optimally protected at all times.
