With our side loaders, GLOMB offers maximum flexibility in container handling, without the need for a crane, forklift or ramp. Containers can be loaded and unloaded directly at the customer’s premises. This enables efficient handling even in confined spaces and without additional handling equipment. This technology allows for fast, safe and location-independent loading and unloading, reducing waiting times and costly crane hire.
Our side loaders can transport all ISO standard containers from 10 to 45 feet. With a lifting capacity of up to 36 tonnes and a gross vehicle weight of up to 22,100 kilograms in long-distance transport or up to 26,100 kilograms in combined transport, we offer solutions for a wide variety of requirements. Moving containers onto ramps or railway wagons is also possible without any problems. Similarly, containers can be stacked or transferred directly between two modes of transport.
Typical areas of application include container handling for industrial customers without their own handling equipment, construction site and project transport, as well as temporary storage and container changes in local and hinterland transport. These versatile options allow our customers to remain flexible, regardless of location, infrastructure or external resources.
